I’m planning to refresh my setup, having a R5 3600 and an AORUS B450M Elite. I’ll likely switch to either the R9 5900X or R9 5950X once they’re available. Alongside that, I’m expecting the X570 and a 3080 Ti to arrive eventually—either ordered now or still out of stock. In the meantime, I might need to wait about a month for the motherboard. Would running an R9 5000 series on a B450 be safe, or could it cause issues? Check the specs to be sure.

They claim it's compatible with the Ryzen 5000 line, but refresh the BIOS to confirm. Make sure you pair it with a suitable cooler or paste for optimal performance.
