My RAM is Gskill tridentZ neo 4x8 3600. It doesn't work on the B slots with these motherboards. I've seen some folks facing this issue but no solution found. I've also tried Corsair Vengeance RAM and nothing works in the B slots.

The system fails to start or the RAM XMP profiles are not being applied.

The b Slots on the Mobo aren't functioning properly. Whenever you insert RAM into the B slots, it powers up, but on the mobo it displays an error indicating a RAM issue, despite trying different brands and still facing the same problem.

Install rams in slots B2 and A2 initially. Try once; if one RAM, place it in A2; if dual, add both in B2 and A2. For X570, if single RAM, put it in B2; for dual, use B2 and A2 together in B550E as noted in the motherboard manual.

I understand what the instructions say. It seems like the issue isn’t unique to me. The manual should guide us through this.
