Hello, I encountered some problems with my Acer 515g-30KD. First, there seems to be an issue with the speakers—when I try to play something like VLC on this laptop, it freezes in a black screen with no sound or video. On YouTube it buffers but the video still doesn’t play. I resolved it by uninstalling the display adapters and restarting, which fixed the problem. My laptop has two display cards: one with the GeForce 940MX and another with the Intel graphics driver installed. I’m unsure what to do next.

Additionally, I tried changing the Windows settings by switching between UEFI Mode and Legacy, but after installing Windows 7 (which doesn’t support i3 7th gen), the touchpad stopped working even after updating to Windows 10 Pro. The system shows many drives like Recovery or System Reserved, and deleting everything during installation caused errors. I’m looking for guidance on installing Windows 10 Pro properly—what boot mode should I choose? What should I remove before installing? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
