The system offers good airflow and supports both AIOs and custom loops with air coolers. Intakes are positioned on the sides rather than the front to allow fresh air to enter while exhaust is directed outward. Using the AIO as an intake and the side as an exhaust should help bring in more fresh air to the radiator, especially with fans at the bottom. This layout mirrors what others have tried but flipped it slightly. If you can adjust the AIO to maximum RPM, test it to check for temperature differences.
Your space is sufficiently chilly. That eliminates other possibilities. I recommend upgrading your AIO right away. The Noctua NH-U12A works well, or the NH-D15 if you have enough clearance for extra fans. I’ve seen a 11700K overclocked at 41% in a 86°F (30°C) room, staying under 65°C during gaming. Idle temps sit around 39-40°C. Cinebench23.2 peaks at 85°C on a multi-core version running at 41% with ~5100MHz in the same 30°C environment.
