Hello, I'm just starting out. I purchased a gaming PC in November 2024 and have experienced occasional crashes. The issues range from full blue screens of death to a black screen displaying "Windows had encountered an error.." or similar messages. The most recent black screen showed "PFN List Corrupt" at the bottom. Here’s what I’ve done so far with my PC:

System specifications:
• Ryzen 9 7900X
• MSI B650
• MSI RTX 4060
• 32 GB DDR5 (2×16)
• Samsung 990 Pro
• Corsair RM850e
• Corsair iCUE 4000X
• Operating system: Windows

Error codes observed:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

Troubleshooting steps completed:
• Gathered and examined minidumps
• Examined Event Viewer entries for each incident
• Kept an eye on CPU and GPU temperatures during stress tests

Hello there, new member!
MSI B650 is the motherboard brand, and B650 is the chipset. Could you tell us what model your motherboard is? Also, which BIOS version are you running on it?

Samsung 990 Pro
With Samsung's Magician App, check if your SSD needs any firmware updates.
Operating System: Windows
Are you using Windows 10 or 11?

We'll need to examine your .dmp files. You should upload them to a service like DropBox and share the link here for review. If you're planning to use Google Drive, ensure the files are publicly accessible.

Besides what was mentioned before, the issue you usually face is poor RAM. It might help to download memtest86 or check for a bad power supply. Make sure the voltage and current are within 5% of the specifications. Think about using a digital multimeter and looking for a guide on testing power supplies; there are some available on this forum.
