Issues with sound playback.

The motherboard isn't detecting the front and rear audio ports. This issue began after installing the video card (RX570). Since then, I've made multiple updates, restored the system, reinstalled drivers, updated BIOS, reset CMOS, cleared everything and started fresh. Even though I removed the card, the problem continues. I'm unsure what else to try. My PC specs: Intel A320M-HD, Ryzen 3 2200G, 2GB RAM, RX570.

Have you used another sound source? It seems your headphones or speakers might not be working.

It's conceivable the internal audio controller isn't functioning properly. Have you checked the PCI-E 1x audio card? Consider using the HD audio from the graphics card. (Is audio coming from the monitor?)

Is your display equipped with an audio port similar to a jack? An HDMI cable should already carry sound. Turn off the monitor's audio output. In the top-right corner, locate the sound control panel and adjust settings.

I didn’t need a PCI-E 1x audio card since I couldn’t afford it. My monitor lacks speakers.
