I managed to lower the CPU load using a self radio a few months back, but I haven’t tried it again since then.

I faced a similar issue before, not in GTA V. I resolved it by employing software like EVGA Precision to cap my FPS at 60. I’d recommend giving it a shot.

Hey everyone, I believe I discovered the fix. Applied DDU and did a fresh installation of all the display drivers. The problem appears resolved. Appreciate your support!
