Issues with sluggish performance during window movement on Windows
I own two monitors at 144 hz as my primary displays. I’m experiencing a choppy or sluggish movement when moving them, not just during dragging but also while scrolling or interacting with them. The issue appears consistently on both screens, happening randomly for brief periods.
I have taken the following actions:
- Updated BIOS, Windows, and GPU drivers
- Disabled hardware acceleration everywhere and G sync
- Performed a clean installation of Windows 11
- Tested various monitors, including a single monitor
