You're using a PC with an Nvidia card. You're checking if OBS works and encounters the same problem—many frames drop when using high quality. You also tried it yourself and had poor audio quality.

Did you power off the headset, remove Synapse, reinstall it, and reconnect? Were you also handling Shadowplay or GE in the same way?

Alright, that's complete. I also removed all the folders after uninstalling.

It’s probably because Shadowplay is only using two audio channels while Windows is actually playing 7.1. The software has many audio problems, like mixing microphones into stereo and basic issues with 5.1/7.1 setups. OBS Studio is performing well right now mainly due to its audio handling, especially its NVENC encoding which keeps overhead low. You might try setting up your headset to 2.0 output again—this should let Shadowplay capture what you hear better, though it still depends on the quality of your game’s headphone output.
