Hi guys I'm trying to identify the main cause of my problem.
System specs: 5800X | B450M S2H (F67d) | RX 7800 XT MERC319 | 32 GB DDR4-3200 | MSI A750BN 750W Bronze | Kingston SNV3 1TB | Windows 11 Pro
Video shows medium settings benchmarking.
Issue description:
Games such as Cyberpunk and Dota 2 experience severe stutter when GPU load increases — FPS drops to around 20, audio becomes distorted.
CPU-only stress tests remain stable.
OCCT Power test quickly recreates the lag.
LatencyMon displays significant ISR/DPC delays (HDAudBus.sys, ndis.sys, dxgkrnl.sys).
I suspect a power supply issue and insufficient power delivery.
Temperatures are normal (CPU <70 °C, GPU <65 °C).
Would upgrading the PSU (e.g., Corsair RM850e / Seasonic GX-850 / Be Quiet Pure Power 12M) help resolve this? Or is the motherboard the real problem?
Also, what other possible causes could there be? I've tried everything and still don't understand what's happening.
Same problem occurs with BF6 in low settings — it runs fine until I enter dense game areas where lag starts.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
The PSU appears to be the problem, possibly causing insufficient power.
Consider obtaining a better, more durable unit instead of purchasing new.
Check if the issue continues with a higher wattage model.
That board seems to lack a strong VRM setup; it might be that your CPU is throttling because of heat in the VRM.
For reference: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B45...support#dl
The current BIOS version is F67i. Updating might help.
How are you managing to cool the processor? What is your case model?
Upgrading the PSU (such as Corsair RM850e, Seasonic GX-850, or Be Quiet Pure Power 12M) could help, but could the motherboard be the main cause?
Purchasing parts just to troubleshoot might not work well, as you’re likely to end up with components similar to your existing build. Borrowing parts can help narrow down the problem until you reach a clear answer.
