I managed to resolve the issue (sort of). No matter what I attempted, I couldn't get Windows 10 to install properly. I tried all possible fixes—like adding drivers during setup and adjusting BIOS settings—but nothing worked. The only solution I found was to switch to Windows 7, which functioned perfectly. It's frustrating because a fresh install of Windows 10 isn't an option, but at least my laptop is now working.
