I faced several challenges while building this computer, my configuration is Rampage IV black. Specs include 4930k, HyperX 120GB SSD, 3TB WD green HDD, 8GB Kingston HyperX Beast RAM, and an EVGA 750g PSU. Initially, I ran Ubuntu, which worked perfectly until I needed a Windows copy. After purchasing Windows 8.1 OEM, I had to reset the SSD from BIOS, insert the DVD, and boot into Windows. The first time it launched, the mouse spun and it restarted repeatedly without installing properly or letting me bypass the splash screen. I’ve tried disconnecting the HDD, cleaning everything, but no clear solution exists online. Many people have reported this issue, yet no definitive fix appears. Please let me know if anyone has resolved it.

It becomes unresponsive when viewing that picture, especially the initial appearance...
