Hello, I set up the WS2022 Datacenter edition on my test rig only for testing, and I’m facing an issue with the display resolution. I can’t increase it beyond 1280×1024 because my GPU is an older GT630 and there’s no built-in GPU on MBO. The drivers I have are the Microsoft Basic DIsplay Adapter, but I can’t update them to the standard NVIDIA version. I’m connecting the PC and monitor via an HDMI cable. Are there any alternative display drivers that could work? I also tried installing the official NVIDIA drivers but couldn’t get them to install.

GeForce Game Ready Driver | 472.12 | Windows 11 | NVIDIA but rather than launching the complete installer, extract the files or begin the installer and pause at the "click next" step, then manually update the graphics driver to point to your C drive (or a temporary folder) – this could prompt the system to install the INF file needed.

Hello, I attempted that but received the message: "The best drivers for your device are already installed." I tried loading drivers again, but I got around 5 GT630 and none of the drivers worked. One reported it as installed successfully, yet there was no image on the screen and Windows showed an error about the driver. (When using a laptop to connect via RDC, I get full resolution.)
