Issues with saving charts in Microsoft Excel 2016.
Dear Community,
We encountered a user with an Office 2013 suite installed. All his files were synced on OneDrive, allowing him to create charts easily. However, when the system stopped functioning, we provided a new setup with Office 2016 installed. Now, when he attempts to add charts to Excel files he previously made in Office 2013, the process crashes or generates errors upon saving.
Here are the issues he encounters when saving Excel 2016 files after adding charts: the folder also displays an EvenT Viewer Error.
Details can be found in EventViewer.
Could you help resolve this problem?
Thanks.
The link you shared is asking for a Microsoft OneDrive online sign in. Please capture the errors and share the screenshots via imgur (www.imgur.com).
From what I observe in the screenshots, there could be inconsistencies in the Excel file formats being used.

It would help to identify which formats function correctly and which cause issues.
More challenging due to the transition from Office 2013 to Office 2016 and updates to Excel itself.
Certain user files might require adjustments or removal of specific features as indicated by the Error-2 message.
Make sure the original files are safely backed up before making any changes to restore the charts properly.
