Your setup is common for high-performance builds, but those temperatures can vary based on usage. Checking your system's thermal sensors and monitoring trends helps determine if they're within safe limits.

Is the pump operating? Which model is it? The temperature sensor might not be active.

It’s inside a 460x crystal enclosure, and you can hear the pump operating.

The maximum temperature for this model reaches 95°C, making 78°C at full load safe. Have you considered turning off PBO?

Enhance speed with precision mode. Turn off CPB as well for an extra core performance lift in the BIOS.

If you manage RGB through motherboard utilities, adjust fans via BIOS using tools from vendors, and explore better hardware solutions like HWInfo64 or MSI Afterburner. Remove iCue, clear the drive, and it will significantly improve performance in games—reducing lag and stuttering, especially on newer CPUs that handle bloatware more efficiently.
