I've owned this system under a year and still face low frame rates across all games. Lowering graphics settings doesn't improve performance. I've updated the OS, BIOS, and GPU drivers, but nothing resolves the issue.

Which games are you playing? What is your monitor's resolution and refresh rate?

League of Legends 88-110 fps, Apex Legends 110 fps – performance fluctuates, spikes often. COD runs at 80 fps with a 288 refresh rate display.

I've attempted to boost performance but lack confidence due to limited experience.

Yes, those are the frame rates you typically see after applying your custom overclock configurations.

Check if every driver and Windows version is current, covering the BIOS. Ensure a virus scan was performed on the system. If not, utilize the complimentary Malwarebytes version.

Performed a fresh Windows setup, ran a complete AVG scan, refreshed BIOS and chipset, and activated resizable BAR for the 3090.
