They're asking about the Nvidia control panel, but it seems you only have "Ultra HD, HD, SD" available, not the "PC" option.

In the TV, I configured the HDMI port as a PC input. This is likely related to Chroma Subsampling: 4:4:4, 4:2:2, or 4:2:0.

I looked through all the options but didn't find any mention of Chroma sampling. I did notice two unusual settings: HDCP-settings with options for auto, 2.2, and 1.4. Playing with these didn't alter anything. When I switched to HDMI automatic configure, I could pick between Modus 2 and Modus 1. Using Modus 1 gave a picture, but it wasn't truly 4K at 60Hz—it was more like 720. That's quite strange.

I resolved the issue by selecting HDMI automatic configure mode 1 and disregarding the resolution checker site's findings, as they were based on Windows 11 scaling rather than the actual resolution.
