I use Rclone to connect my OneDrive with all my Windows files on an Ubuntu partition, and it functions smoothly. I wanted to create shortcuts for my Documents, Music, and Pictures folders in OneDrive for better access. But I encountered issues where everything inside those folders was copied into my home directory, causing them to disappear from OneDrive. After unlinking the folders and fixing the problem, I’m curious—what caused this? Can I avoid such problems in the future?
