My game hours were set to zero near January, and Razer Cortex only records my games about 5% of the time when I play them. Can I recover my hours or adjust how often it tracks? Thank you.

I don't understand why it's required to use an affiliate link, but when I clicked on it, it displayed this message:
"The link you clicked on is malformed. Contact the editor of the originating page"
