It acknowledges both card types and mentions 3D performance under SLI settings. You can request the benchmark data to see the comparison results.

Run two in a row—one on Maximize 3D performance, the other on Disabled—and compare the results.

The most significant threats come from God rays and shadow ranges.

The graphics performance varied between the two GPUs, with one running at 24,000 and the other at 41,000, indicating both are functioning correctly. On Battlefield 1, DX12 seems to cause issues when both cards are used, but DX11 operates smoothly at about 60% with over 140 FPS consistently.

It should work fine on a 1080Ti SLI setup. On one card, I achieved 120fps in Fallout 4, but with two cards it only reaches about 60 stable frames.

It appears the main problems stem from the two titles you referenced. For FO4 there are ongoing performance concerns, especially in certain sections where frame rates consistently drop. It’s not a hardware limitation—it’s an issue with the game itself. If you have newer details, feel free to share. Witcher 3, on the other hand, shows huge fluctuations in performance. One moment it runs smoothly and the next it struggles under heavy loads like a storm or intense effects. There seems to be a situation where the old SLI profile was removed and only one rendering preset is used, which severely limits scaling and often drops performance by around 30%. In some areas of Blood and Wine, the game still performs well on compatible hardware. If your other titles support SLI properly, you shouldn’t worry much. Unfortunately, these are the downsides of SLI—it’s not a plug-and-play solution and comes with many compromises.

It would definitely show fewer areas with strong light sources or shadowy structures. The game seems poorly optimized, but it shouldn’t perform any worse on sli.

It might be useful to take a look, though I'm not entirely sure.
