You have the actual settings in BIOS for RAM? I thought switching from auto to XMP 2 would at least bring it up to 2666mhz. I recommend keeping your current BIOS OC profile and trying the XMP setting once more. Also, you’ve probably turned off Cool & Quiet mode—seems it might be slowing RAM performance if enabled.

I've tried all possible solutions and nothing seems to work. The OC setting on the CPU remains unchanged, the timing adjustments didn't help, and even changing the voltage didn't make a difference. I'm really confused about what's happening!
