Hey there! Your setup looks solid after the GPU upgrade. Running your Ryzen 9 with the new 7800XT should handle it well, especially after stress testing. The PSU specs match the 750W minimum, so you’re good there. From what you’ve done, there don’t seem to be major red flags.

Running at the minimum power shouldn’t stress any components or cause wear, unless you notice unusual noises or temperature spikes. If everything feels normal and stable, there’s no need to crank up the PSU further unless you want extra headroom for future upgrades. Just keep an eye on performance under load and let me know if anything changes!

They often misjudge the PSU capacity in the recommended values from manufacturers. The RM750x is more than sufficient for your configuration. The 7800 XT only consumes 263w under full load. I run an RM750i with my 4080 which draws 350w (overclocked) without any problems. The RMx/RMi lines from Corsair are also highly dependable and premium. We could both operate our rigs with an RM650x without concerns—keep going, keep gaming.
