Hey, a week back I built a double boot Hackintosh using my Lenovo Y700. I had two drives—one for Windows and one for macOS. Last night I was using Windows but needed to work on macOS, so I powered down the laptop, changed the BIOS settings required for macOS boot (disabled Intel Virtual Technology, secure boot, fast boot, Platform Trust, switched graphics to internal, and reordered drives for macOS). I did this without any major issues before. After saving and exiting, the laptop shut off and then restarted itself. Now it’s stuck in a loop: when I press the power button, the keyboard backlight and fan spin for about a second before it turns off again. Then it tries to restart and then shuts down completely. It keeps looping until I disconnect the battery. I can’t even reach the BIOS settings because of how fast it repeats. Someone on a forum suggested it might be an error during POST. I’ve tried resetting CMOS (disconnected main and battery for over two hours), re-seating RAM, swapping the RAM stick, disconnecting both SSD and HDD, and plugging in power when booting. I’ve done all these steps at least twice and haven’t received much help during the pandemic.

Here are my specs:
- Laptop model: Lenovo Y700-15ISK
- CPU: Intel Core i5-6300HQ
- GPU: GeFore GTX 960M (4GB)
- RAM: 1x8GB at 2133 MHz DDR4
- HDD: 1TB WD Blue (Windows 10)
- SSD: Gigabyte 256GB NVMe PCIe (for macOS)
