I have a web host from another company. I set up my MySQL remotely and completed everything needed. I added the database.cfg file, but the CS:GO server blocks connections on port 27015 even though the firewall is off and the server runs. I noticed that port 80 works fine, only port 27015 fails. Telnet shows a connection refused error at the address. The issue seems to be with TCP ports specifically. UDP is functioning correctly. The firewall is off, and users report they can't connect due to this TCP problem.
