I obtained control but faced some problems. Initially, V-sync caused sudden FPS drops in certain areas like near the flags and some office rooms, dropping from 75 to 35-37. This happened even at the beginning, with GPU usage falling from 98% to 50-60%. When V-sync was turned off, the issue disappeared, and using the lowest graphics preset also stopped it. I disabled V-sync and enabled Nvidia G-sync on a compatible monitor, which fixed the FPS drops and screen tearing. However, when FPS reached 60-70, everything worked smoothly again, but above 80 FPS screen tearing reappeared. It seems this issue is linked to FPS fluctuations. I’m unsure what exactly triggered it and whether adjusting settings could help.

On a 75 Hz monitor functioning normally, performance halts when FPS drops below the display's refresh rate—typically around 37 FPS. Keep VSync off or lower quality to maintain at least 75 FPS. The issue could relate to your monitor's G-Sync settings. What model do you have? Performance issues will persist unless you simplify settings, though G-Sync aims to reduce tearing while keeping smooth gameplay. It may not perform perfectly with very unstable frame rates.

The monitor lacks a G-Sync component and isn't listed among Nvidia's compatible models, which makes the situation seem unusual, especially since it might still function.

It's not great, so I'll keep it simple. I'll go with low settings then. Appreciate the details!
