I've tested all the power plans you mentioned, but they didn't improve my performance in any games (Valorant, CS:GO, ER, Cod Warzone 2).
I also reinstalled drivers using ddu and did a minimal setup, yet nothing changed.
Now I'm considering a fresh Windows install again, thinking it might fix some corrupted system files.
Edit: After running SFC /scannow, the scan reported several corrupted files that were repaired, which seems to have helped somewhat but still resulted in around 100-135fps (with some stutter) in Valorant.

After dealing with a lot of troubleshooting, I finally tried reinstalling Windows using a USB stick. All my storage drives were wiped, leaving the PC empty except for essential programs for my headphones, mouse, and GPU with balanced drivers. The games are running smoother in terms of FPS, but issues like stuttering appear in titles such as Valorant, especially during menu transitions, and even League of Legends is affected. I’m starting to think the problem might not be software-related and could be linked to my PC components.

Was es korrekt gesagt, dass Ihr Speicher in Dual-Channel mit der richtigen Geschwindigkeit läuft?

The frequency is configured at 3000mhz (due to stability issues at 3200) and it operates in dual channel mode.
