I've encountered some unusual performance problems with my setup. I built the PC mainly for less demanding games, but I'm using Diablo 3. My specs are: CPU AMD FX-8150, cooler Hyper 212 MB, 8GB DDR3 RAM, Sapphire Pulse RX 570, 8GB SSD, and MX500 500GB drive. Even at the lowest Diablo 3 settings I'm achieving around 60-70 FPS, which is significantly lower than expected. I thought the GPU would be the main bottleneck but it seems CPU is limiting things more. Any advice or assistance would be really appreciated.

Verify how your parts are being used in MSI Afterburner. It’s possible your RAM is nearly full. Still, it’s unlikely the issue is memory—it might be the CPU, which had some performance problems from the start.
