Getting 5700X3D 5600G isn't worth it unless you already have a decent GPU. In games that require online or heavy physics/compute tasks, the 16MB L3 cache will significantly affect performance compared to models with 32MB. I'm not sure if upgrading the CPU will improve your COD performance, it might just be a driver issue from Intel.
