Freezing or restarting tends to occur most often when the PC is idle, though it also happens while I'm actively using the system.
No blue screen appears; the computer freezes completely or restarts.
Specifications:
Memory: CORSAIR Vengeance 16gb DDR4
Motherboard: NZXT N7 B550
Power Supply: CORSAIR SF750 SFX 80 plus platinum
Processor: Ryzen 7 5800X
Graphics: GTX 1060
Storage: Samsung 870 EVO 1TB
I've reviewed the Windows Event Viewer and it consistently shows the same error.
Event 41, Kernel-Power with keyword 0x8000400000000002
I've attempted several fixes online, such as updating BIOS and drivers, disabling ACPI, enabling high performance power mode, and turning off global C-states, but results have been unsatisfactory. Should I consider hardware or software next? Appreciate your assistance!

Have you considered reinstalling Windows? Not recommending it; just a thought unless you have important files that can't be replaced, then I get it. More amusing is that the same Event Error happened about ten years ago on my old Windows 7 PC when I first started learning about them—HAHAHA—it turned out to be a Trojan Virus. By then, Windows 10 was already around, so I just upgraded and BOOM—no more errors or viruses. Or maybe try using Malwarebytes, as it might be a missing file or two needing replacement. Food for thought.

Thank you, I tried a fresh installation of Windows without success and ran Malwarebytes multiple times but didn’t detect any threats. I’m really stuck here, lol.

Consider using Onboard. Remove the GPU; check if it works? Or try DDU or something similar.

I believe the issue could be related to my CPU. There was a suggestion to increase the voltage to 1.2v, which appears to have resolved the problem temporarily.
