Hello, I need some assistance. My PC frequently goes black and restarts unpredictably, even when in BIOS mode. I'm unsure what steps to take next. I've already removed the OC, swapped out the GPU card, and run stress tests on both GPU and CPU temperatures, which are all below 80. The crashes don't seem consistent—sometimes I can't get it back on until I shut down the power supply. It appears to crash more often the more it does, but it seems to stop when it crashes less. It's strange, but that's the only pattern I see. If it keeps crashing, it might be good for a couple of hours. My system specs are: CPU 9900k, MB - asus rog strix z390-e gaming, GPU - 2070super, RAM - G.SKILL Trident z space DDR4 space 3200 c16 space 4x8 GB, SSD - SN770 2TB main drive, PSU - corsair RM850X (new this summer), CPU cooler - Gamerstorm watercooled, and case - Phanteks P600s. This issue started last week; the PC had been working fine for a year before this. Also, after removing the OC, when it blacked in BIOS, there was no GPU installed.

Does the setup include a UPS or surge protector connection?

Use the outlet directly without any changes.

In typical situations, I would doubt the PSU due to what you mentioned about it not turning back on until the power is switched off. This is usually an indication of a malfunctioning PSU.

It has become more severe, the PC now fails to power on. The motherboard LEDs are flashing red for the CPU and yellow for the RAM, then it keeps repeating. The device remains inactive.

Do you have another PSU available to connect and test your system?
