The problem centers around a PC that frequently crashes during startup or while playing games, often rebooting itself without showing any error messages. Notices indicate the GPU and CPU fans reach maximum speed until the power cable is removed. During idle periods, the CPU and SSD utilization remain at 100% in the Windows Task Manager.
System details:
OS: Windows 11 Pro 64 bit
GPU: 3070 Ti
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
RAM: 16 GB (8x2)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Gaming X
Cooler: Stock cooler
SSD: Western Digital
PSU: Gigabyte GP-B700H 700W bronze certified, 5 years old
Case: Antec NX 800
Currently using a 55 inch TV as a monitor.
BIOS version F18h dated 11/03/2025
Attempted to run Prime95, which stopped within seconds.
Drive links and error reports are attached for reference.
Advice is needed on possible troubleshooting steps and where to start resolving these concerns.
