Being close to the edge of VSync means 61-62 frames per second, but when boost clocks drop to 59, performance begins to fall to 30. This is how VSync functions. Review the subject for details.

Operating near 60 frames per second maintains stability, but once it drops under that mark, it automatically shifts to 30 fps and then back to 60. This quick adjustment is what creates the noticeable change.

You're consistently maintaining a frame rate between 60 and 30.

Yes, it indicates a movement from 39 to 60, oscillating within that range.

Ok, I read it, but I didn’t find it helping my problem. As I said before, this is a problem that has started very, very recently. How recently? Well, the first time it happened was 2 weekends ago. I shut my PC down. It fixed it. For a while. It started up again last weekend. Shutting it down fixed it again. I concluded that it wasn’t temperature issue because of the temps I listed in above posts. It wasn’t a virus(es) because shutting the PC down seemed to solve the problem that times that it occurred. It wasn’t a graphics card or Vsync issue because it was going very well since last July. So what is the problem? That’s what I want to know.
