You're dealing with a frustrating situation. It sounds like your 13900k isn't compatible with your current setup, especially after updating BIOS. Intel and the manufacturer are giving you vague answers, and they seem unsure whether it's an I5/i7/i9 issue. Have you tried reaching out to ASUS support or checking the official Intel documentation for compatibility details? It might help to double-check the motherboard model and ensure all components match the latest specifications.

Looking up your motherboard doesn’t confirm compatibility with 13th generation Intel CPUs. You might want to check if your BIOS supports the latest version for those processors.

I didn’t find a clear definition for PPT and TPM, but I’m not sure how they connect. I’ve been using Windows 11 for some time, and the problem happens during the installation of the new processor. I don’t recognize any terms like TPM or TPM2.

He might have been teasing, but generally he has experience that could be useful at ASUS or Intel support.

I put it on a cache M.2 and had... an unnecessary amount of effort for something that should be a simple swap. I’m now using the i9, but I don’t remember how to set the Windows password instead of a PIN. Got any suggestions? It’s frustrating why people change things so much when they just work fine as they are.
