I am preparing Windows 10 on a Dell Inspiron e6530 and encountering two issues during setup. The first is OOBEZDP, a security updates package that I can safely skip. The second is OOBESETTINGS, likely related to privacy settings, which I must use. Despite retrying multiple times, the errors persist and display "Something went wrong." No one has reported this problem before. Could anyone help resolve it?

You're asking about the source of your Windows 10 installation. Are you getting a fresh copy from Microsoft or a restored version from Dell? If it's Dell, their installs might include unnecessary components that could complicate things. For Microsoft downloads, consider using a different clean source and retrying. The link provided offers clean installations for Windows 7, 8.1, and 10.

It is a clean install on the partition however there is another partition with a windows 7 install, although that shouldn't cause problems
