Issues with MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max BIOS
Hello, I'm encountering the same issue with every BIOS they provide. When I update or reset the BIOS, my PC boots in 8.2 to 4 seconds, but the GPU fan speed jumps between 0.5 to 1 second at startup. After a few to ten boots, it takes about 13 seconds and the GPU reaches maximum speed for five seconds. Despite trying all new BIOS versions, resetting CMOS, changing RAM settings, and adjusting motherboard configurations, the problem persists. The CPU debug light stays stuck on for 3 to 5 seconds. Any suggestions or settings that could help resolve this? Anyone else facing the same issue?
