Hey everyone, when I try to install Windows I get stuck at the "searching for disks" section. It hangs there for a while before showing an error. My SSD is listed in the BIOS, and when I open the terminal during installation, I can see both the SSD and the USB drive I’m using. I made the USB twice—once with Rufus and once from the Windows installer tool. Both times I still face the same problem.

This was one of my worries since the disk is brand new, so I’m not sure how it’s doing. The same applies to the USB.

Use DiskPart to list all disks and their partitions, showing details clearly. Consider trying a RAM reseat as a troubleshooting step.

The purpose of splitting large partitions isn't clear. If the drive has no significant data, removing all partitions before installing Windows is often the most effective approach.

It has nothing visible, only a 30-minute Windows 10 session, but the screen got corrupted, which caused the split.

It appears the issue might relate to the ISO file or the USB installation media. Try using another USB flash drive if possible, and if the problem persists, consider re-downloading the image.
