Early Ryzen processors suffered from low IMCs and disliked using four RAM sticks. This might be the issue you're facing. Consider turning on XMP and increasing the SOC voltages in the BIOS settings. It's safe to run up to 1.2v continuously on the SOC.

The profile name differs on the board, but the default voltage is 1.35. Consider checking if a different CPU would work better.

DPC affects ASUS boards. Raise your SOC voltage to 1.15v and observe. If this doesn't help, attempt with just two sticks.

I tested it and understood it would function with just two sticks, though it reignited the boot loop at that voltage. Upgrading to a Ryzen 7 2700X might perform better than the 1600AF with this RAM.
