Hello! I downloaded something a while back and I’m not sure what it is. Now every time I turn on my PC, it launches nextbestgame.org and opens multiple tabs—sometimes three or more—and it keeps popping up on two Chrome windows. It’s becoming really annoying to click X every time I start my computer. I tried installing Malwarebytes and Cleaner hoping they’d help, but they didn’t fix the problem. I also checked a site called ooov.net, which popped up around the same time as the website in question, and it seemed connected. I’m confused why Malwarebytes can’t detect it, but I suspect it’s free. I even started a free trial, but nothing changed. This service is subscription-based and costs a lot, which I can’t afford. It needs to clean multiple tabs at startup, and I’m pretty sure it should work for free. If anyone knows how to resolve this, I’d really appreciate it!

It identified something, but it wasn't relevant since I restarted my PC and the issue disappeared.

I'm facing the same issue. Malwarebytes, Security Essentials, and Spybot didn't catch the malware. The site appears on three different Firefox windows when I turn on or restart my PC. I've also seen the domain change frequently—currently it's "nextbestgame.org," but earlier it was something like "zebragamer." This makes searching for help difficult. It seems harmless, but I'd rather avoid it. It's also bothersome.

No startup entries appear in the task manager or any of Windows' few launch options.

Ensure no unnecessary programs are active; if the problem persists, remove your browser and reinstall it.

Would you prefer a fresh start instead of updating?
