I'm having trouble figuring this out.
I just switched my machine back to Windows 10 after trying Windows 11 a bit. I've updated all the drivers and updates, but my performance in Destiny 2 is still pretty poor—about 40 frames per second short of what I used to get. It's odd because the GPU usage stays around 40% while the CPU is only about 20%.

Assume you completed a clean installation and fresh setup of Windows 10. Which GPU driver version are you currently using for DESTINTY 2? What was the previous drive version before you started the re-format? Regarding performance in other PC games, what is your PSU model?
