Hey, I noticed some issues with my mainboard recently. Before diving into details, here’s what happened: Yesterday I cleaned up the cables and dust from my old PC. I removed the mainboard, installed a backplate, reinserted it, and made sure all cables followed their paths before turning it back on. Everything seemed fine so far. But when I tried to power it up, the screen stayed stuck on the "press F2 or DEL to enter bios" message. After several tries without changing anything, I managed to boot into BIOS, enabled fast boot, and turned off the boot logo. The problem still lingered. Occasionally I could get it to boot into Windows, but it was unpredictable and not reliable. I’ve tried various fixes: removing the CMOS battery, clearing CMOS, disconnecting USB devices (except mouse and keyboard), testing RAM, changing RAM slots, unplugging all SATA drives except the boot drive, starting with just the APU (removing GPU), reinserting the GPU, and attempting a BIOS update (which failed because the latest version was already installed). My setup includes an AMD Ryzen 3 2200G CPU, Asus Prime B350-Plus mainboard, and 8GB Kingston RAM with a Radeon R9 280 GPU. I really appreciate any advice you can offer. Thanks!
