If you haven't set up Windows on this particular device, then you haven't really installed it at all—meaning a complete reinstall where existing partitions are entirely erased. Windows isn't built to be flexible or modular. Windows 10 will attempt to make up for mistakes, but unexpected issues can arise after a while. It's always wiser to handle it correctly from the start.

Sure I'm ready for a full reset to install Windows. Let me find you a guide that covers removing the partitions.

If lock-ups occur, it might be due to hardware problems, but they can also result from OS corruption. Check GPU stability by running Furmark or several loops of Time Spy/Fire Strike.

Quick update: I just did a clean install of windows, no drives except main boot drive and deleted all partitions. Everything was fine until I got into windows, and the same thing happened. I lose signal but PC is still running so I have to force restart computer. Currently trying integrated graphics and saw that I have a somewhat older graphics driver. Should I go to safe mode and ddu and install latest Nvidia driver?

Driver is installed, I can open Windows normally, but the PC keeps restarting from bugcheck 0x116 again, and analyzing the memory dump with windbg still shows the same video tdr failure 116 for the nvlddmkm.sys module.

Consider running a drive test for both SSD and HDD devices as well.

Just completed several firking runs without any issues. Now I'm back to Aida again and received a notification that TDR was low. I asked if it should fix it, clicked yes, and the test is underway. After that, I'll check the mfg drive tests.
