Hi ! It's the first time I experience such horrible graphic glitches,
it's not a very first
, but
usually it disappears when I update the drivers or restart the game
.
I just finished a 50+hours stretch on Kingdom Come Delivrance 2 and it happened to me once or twice in very small amount and a restart of the game fixed it.
But in Avowed I can't get rid of it
.. I updated my drivers, tried all the different options for RT and DLSS... It's always here when I load my save.
Here's how it looks :
With RT ON :
With RT OFF :
Thanks to those nice enough to help me make sense of it.. Here's my setup :
OS : Win11
MB : ASUS ROG Strix Z790-F Gaming WiFi II
PSU : Corsair RM1000e
CPU : i9-14900K
GPU : Gigabyte RTX 4070
RAM : VENGEANCE DDR5 64Go, 5200MHz

it seems the graphics card is struggling. the temperature rises during gameplay, especially at 60hz refresh.

Please hold on, I'm trying to understand. I believe I purchased it in April 2023—I think. That would be my first GPU ever.
I started the game for 15 minutes, no issues, and the temperature stayed around 55-60°C.

Just observing but... Is it typical for my GPU clock to remain at 855Mhz even during mid-game? It should be closer to 2000-2500Mhz, right? 🤔
EDIT: With afterburner, the readings match, suggesting the problem might lie with the software. The GPU Tweak isn't considered trustworthy for this purpose.
