Seem to encounter an unusual issue with Kaspersky Total Security 2015 active. Some websites display security certificate errors, while others remain unaffected. Even search engines and shopping sites stop working. I land on the warning screen asking if I truly wish to visit despite the suspected security concerns. I’m almost certain it’s related to Kaspersky. I’ve tested both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, but the problem persists. The issue disappears when Kaspersky isn’t installed. Any suggestions?

Last week I switched from Windows 8.1 to a fresh Windows 7 installation, but the issue started right after Kaspersky Total Security was activated.

Are you confident this was a complete setup?...was it just a rewrite?...if yes, maybe adjusting Kaspersky's security settings in the options could help resolve the issue.
