I've adjusted the voltage on my Intel 9600K i5 using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. Initially, the core voltage hit 1.33V when autovoltage was active, but after tuning it dropped to -0.145V core voltage in the XTU. This allowed stable performance with OC5 and Prime95 for about ten minutes without crashes, lower temperatures, and reduced power use. However, once normal browsing started, the system crashed within 30 seconds to a minute, likely due to idle voltage issues.
