I tried using Sami in GTA and after switching my laptop, it asked for Framework 1.1 which isn’t available on Windows 10 anymore. I’m looking for an updated version or a solution.

Consider trying installation again, though it might not succeed as expected. According to what I know, SAMI still requires the 1.1 framework (likely it will function better in a later version). Based on my experience with modding San Andreas, it’s often easier to use the IMG Tool and manually edit the handling file instead. SAMI has occasionally caused issues.
