Issues with inconsistent L3 cache in Ryzen 5000 series on Windows 11
I ran just one test, honestly… it worked fine for my basic laptop with an i5u, but the results were only "slightly" better, around 2-3 frames per second. For Ryzen it was a problem—lots of people say that’s not a coincidence. I didn’t realize that before. Another reason to keep using version 10: p
I usually play these sticks with my Royals, a 4x8 setup. My 5900X reaches 1900 FCLK stable with any number of sticks, whether two or four. It can go up to 2K at a 1:1 ratio with two sticks, but it becomes a WHEA generator beyond that. My 5600X stays steady at 2K with two sticks and will run around 2100, though it doesn’t reach full stability. It’s not a WHEA model, but I struggle to keep it stable past 2K. With four sticks, it drops to about 1833 at a 1:1 ratio. I haven’t tested my Black and Whites alone, but they perform well too. Edit: The 5900X still works fine.
