Hello, your system looks good overall. The RTX 3060TI with 5600X and 32GB SSD is solid, and your drivers are up to date. The micro stutters in CounterStrike Global Offensive every few minutes might be related to GPU performance under load or background processes. Consider checking for any recent driver updates, running a system diagnostics tool, or testing with lighter game settings. If the issue persists, a GPU overclock or hardware upgrade could help. Let me know if you need more tips! Thanks, Max.

what is your average fps? i usually cap my fps to just above the refresh rate of my monitor. you won't see any benefit(afaik) above your refresh rate, and it usually fixes stuttering, for me at least.

I generally score between 250 and 300 on full settings 4:3. I plan to limit my FPS to 148 because I also use a 144Hz display.

Additionally, it appears more frequently in 4:3 format than in 16:9.
