Hello! I’m facing an issue with my Lenovo Ideapad 5 Pro 16-inch (Ryzen 7 6800HS, Radeon 680M). When trying to connect an external display via HDMI, I don’t see any picture on the TV. The laptop appears in settings like expand/mirror, but the TV still shows “no signal.” The computer runs slow and the mouse behaves as if it’s only moving at 1Hz. It’s been factory reset with all the latest drivers, and I’ve tried several displays and cables without success. I managed to get it working on one screen when I connected the HDMI and restarted the PC occasionally. However, it doesn’t work when connected while the computer is running or on my main TV. Anyone have any suggestions or possible solutions? The warranty is now expired. Thanks in advance!

Open the Duplicate option via Windows +P. Ensure the TV menu chooses the HDMI port where your computer cable is connected.

I've attempted both duplication and extension methods, but none succeeded. You're using the right source on your TV and have tested various inputs/ports.

I also attempted to restart the system, reinstall Windows, execute DDU, and then download BIOS, chipset, and video drivers directly from Lenovo. Now everything functions properly.
