I tried giving Win11 a shot and thought I might have damaged my PC, so I really need some assistance.
Here’s what I did:
I installed 32GB Corsair Vengeance, matching the existing 32GB onboard.
I updated the GPU and SoundBlaster drivers.
I flashed the BIOS with a newer version to allow TPM support.
I enabled Secure Boot.
I started the PC, which loaded into Windows 10 fine.
Then I launched DCS World; upon loading, green artifacts appeared and the PC crashed.
I rebooted and waited five minutes before restarting again—Windows 10 loaded properly this time.
I updated the GPU firmware.
Moving on, the mouse caused the PC to freeze and crash.
I spent a week trying to fix it, but nothing worked.

Later, I purchased a TUF B550 gaming board with a Ryzen 9, 5900X and a new terabit SSD.
I added it to the case and installed GTX1080Ti with 64GB Corsair RAM.
After powering it up, everything seemed fine for about ten minutes before the glitches returned.
I updated the GPU firmware and drivers again.
Still, the crashes persisted.

Then I bought an 850W PSU, but the PC still crashed.
Using dxdiag, Device Manager, and Properties, the GPU was showing as working without issues.
I can watch YouTube and browse the internet, but whenever I try a game, it crashes immediately.

I used DCS World and Insurgency Sandstorm, both crashed. I haven't installed them anymore because I want to stabilize the PC first. DC World is the most visually intense game I use. I've built my PC around this simulator; everything worked smoothly until I tried updating for Windows 11.

Which 850w power supply unit were you purchasing?
How can I activate TPM on Asus boards?

oh, it was just a cheap model from amazon, i was curious if the extra wattage would help, but it didn't. so i went back to the corsair 600w. it worked with a rizen 7 on a tuf board using the 1080ti, soundblasterz, water cooling, and rift touch vr. i'm still not sure why.

Could this occur when you take out the second set of RAM you installed? The RAM might appear identical in appearance, but Corsair is known for changing the chip manufacturer between versions in the same product range.

Affordable, poor quality, and unstable power supply raises greater worries than the advertised performance.
A dangerous loss of time and resources.
The power supply unit is the core component and must always be prioritized.

Hopefully you didn't damage anything with the inexpensive PSU. I concur with MEMOFLEX. Including RAM from another kit could be an option, though it might also cause instability. Try removing one of the kits (use the serial numbers if they're mixed) and check if the issue persists.

i only used the inexpensive psu for one boot test to check if the game would run. the computer refused. so i replaced the corsair and tried again.

i came home last night and went through the instructions. i removed the new ram sticks, then installed dcsworld and everything worked fine. i played a plane game and clicked fly. the game ran for about a minute before freezing, showing black screens with colored blocks before shutting down completely.

the pc booted up in 800x600 resolution and asked me to install vga drivers, but it froze again. i performed a hard shutdown, waited five minutes, then restarted. after that, windows loaded into 3840x2160, which allowed me to post my results.
