I've already tried turning off VSync, adjusting graphics settings, and running everything at maximum. However, the GPU usage remains around 40-60%, while I'm getting about 40 frames per second. The CPU usage stays between 20-40%, and temperatures are normal. I still don't know what to do. My system has an RX 580 with 8GB RAM, a Ryzen 5 1600 at 3.8 GHz, and 16GB of memory.

Did you refresh your GPU drivers and share a screenshot of your in-game settings for both graphics and advanced graphics?
